• Use of this website and payment system is subject to the acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay.
• We accept various payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments as supported by Razorpay.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the package selected.
• Once payment is made, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

3. Pricing

• All prices mentioned on the website or communicated via email/phone are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors such as seasonal fluctuations, changes in fuel cost, or accommodation rates.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the specific travel package and will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.
• Processing of refunds, if applicable, will be done via Razorpay and may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.
• Transaction charges or Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Booking Confirmation

• Booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and written confirmation from GM Online & Vihar Tours.
• In the event a booking cannot be confirmed after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

• If you experience any issues with your transaction, please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback or dispute with Razorpay.
• We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably and promptly.

7. Data Privacy

All payment-related information is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

GM Online & Vihar Tours shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Razorpay payment system or any technical failure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Razorpay payment gateway.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
